We aren't quite sure what to make of this news... The apartments on S. Congress that we almost moved into when we first moved to Austin in 2005 are now becoming condos! Check out 2020 Congress and let us know your thoughts.
Depends on how swank the apts are. They are doing that to some apts back in my part of West Seattle and I think that's goofy. They were not that great of apartments. The other issue is that the rental market in Austin is slammed right now. It's not a good thing for there to be less rentals available.
